Mystery Parts!

Good day fellow Jeep nuts!

I am in the process of rebuilding a 1985 CJ 7 and have two mystery parts I can't figure out what they are for and would like help identifying them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

S.

I think the first goes between the back of the DS fender liner and that firewall on the bottom.

You both are correct.

Top black painted item is the splash guard for the ICM mounted low on the drivers side front fender.

Bottom is a steel door access panel.

Your right in it's location but I believe it's the splash guard for the charcoal canister.

Thanks again all. The splash guard is installed and the door panel will go on after the doors are painted in about a month.
