Jeep Driver Arrested

The TV station updated this and took down the video that showed the police cars with light flashing after pulling over the toy Jeep.

Most of us learned to leave the adult beverages alone until after we get our toys home.

I know this little boy is intoxicated with the joy of driving his toy Jeep through the mud puddle. He could be drunk and hiding his eyes behind those sunglasses.

Yes, my son Josh at the age of 3 in 1991. We still have that Jeep up in our storage shed so he can give to his son/daughter when the time comes if ever. The Power Wheel Jeep was modified with a slight lift and toilet paper roll chrome holder as spring shocks. We also put in bulbs for the headlights, taillights and turn signals that work with a switch and relay for him to play with. He loved turning on the turn signals anytime he made a turn.

Its pretty common to see people getting DUI's for driving lawnmowers down the road, thinking perhaps they found a loophole in the rules. and almost as common are DUI's on bicycles.

You can usually tell the difference between the bike riders who are riding for exercise, and those whom simply lost there license. The later typically without helmet, and smoking while riding.

In some states riding a horse while drunk is illegal, in others, you can argue your horse isn't a driven vehicle and get it knocked down to public intoxication.
