Identifying my CJ grill

Hey folks, I'm an amateur jeep guy and I have a grill question for the pros on the forum! I'm trying to identify what kind of signal lights fit this type of hole. I've seen very few cutouts like this, and I'm wondering if there's a specific light that fits it. Any help is much appreciated!

Pre 76. There is a bucket that bolts in first and then a 3 screw lens on top where the screws will be level.

Garage
from the outline, that appears to be just an ordinary CJ parking/directional light

What year is your CJ? Those cutouts are for pre '76 lights. The '76-'86 have a round hole, and I think only 2 mounting bolts.

You can use the '76+ lights in the older grills (a friend swapped a 73 or 74 grill into his 78), but I don't remember if he had to trim the hole out or not.

My 74 has a grill with round holes. It may may have come from a later donor Jeep. I ordered replacement light units for a 74 and they work without modification.

Square headlights won't fit in the round buckets though.

Everyone get off the computer and drive your Jeeps this weekend.
