Question identify this noise??

85 cj7/258.
So i've got this sound coming from under the hood. I can't really tell exactly where its coming from other than its the front or drivers side around the carb. Tightened belts and pinched a bunch of hoses to see if maybe one was leaking. It only starts after the engine has warmed up a bit and run for a few minutes.

Hopefully this video works..thanks for any help.

Link didn't work for me. Check for vacuum leaks and that your intake/exh manifold bolts are tight

Check your PS fluid level.
Remove 1 belt at a time and see if the noise stops.
How old are the belts?

Is that a 4.0 head on your block causing the intake manifold to sit high and the ps bracket holes to not line up?
Could an intake port be off and its whistling.
But yes, it does sound louder above the ps pump.

You might be right on the 4.0 head...i always wondered why they didn't line up. It was that way when i bought it. PS fluid is fine...could the pump be making that noise?

You can take a length of hose....water hose works fine....hold one end to your ear and move the other end around to pinpoint the source.
