You're welcome. I saw them on there. Did you paint them or powder coat? I hope they serve you well and many years!

My 15 minutes of fame...they wouldn't let me say "Jeep" or wear any Jeep clothing, but they did show a few pics that I sent them.

They're hot-dip galvanized & powder-coated. Should easily outlast me...very impressive pieces.

World Cab! Where’s the CJ8 to go with it?

When ever I hear the word 'Jeep' I reach for my wallet.

Export-only 'World Cab'. Yes, it's a hard top. This is the donor vehicle.

Is this THE Terry Howe? If so, you actually 'know' me from back in the Jeep-L days.

It's the one that this build thread is about, however I might buy another one since this isn't the direction I intended to take this one...stay tuned...have something in the works...

We never had the Scrambler imported down here in Oz. Just the CJ8 with the world cab known as the Overlander!

It sure is. I thought you sounded familiar. I took a break from Jeeps after having a kid and now he does his own thing a lot, so I have time again.

Nice looking top.

Same vehicle was sent to Venezuela. The donor pics are of the Overlander Limited that the top & troop seats came out of...he has another one & decided to turn this one into a 'Scrambler'. I'm looking at picking up another Scrambler to turn into a 'Fauxverlander'...thinking along the aesthetics of a trophy truck.
