Cj Glue or Adhesive Question?

Folks, what is the ideal adhesive/glue that would be well suited for a hairline crack in Plexiglass? I need something that will literally drip into a fine hairline crack just to glue it to hold it in place. I need something that is applied with a needle so as not to add too much. Is there such a product?

methylene dichloride based "glue" is the one to use. It is a solvent that will weld the plexiglass together, a fine liquid that will be sucked along the crack by capillary action. You need to be very careful not to overapply as it will melt any plexiglass it touches and it will suck along any line, such as the edge of masking tape near the crack.

and if or when that cement gets dribbled on what it shouldn't, you can fairly easily buff that little "oops" off the plexi with a polishing compound. That cement also works wonders for repairing cracked and broken taillight and turn signal lenses.
