I don't know about that bumper but I put a Rampage rear bumper on my CJ7. It is cheaper and looks heavier. It comes in both a gloss powder coat and a wrinkle finish version.

I have that bumper on my YJ and have been really happy with it. It doesn't rattle, the powder coating has held up well, and has towed many trailers without an issue.
I got the bumper back in 2015, this is the most recent photo I have, taken a few months ago.

Does it lock in an open position so it doesn't swing all around when its open ?

Usually with most of those carriers, the oversized tire hits the tub before it can swing around.

It does not lock open, it will just swing freely. I left the factory spare tire stop on the tub and it kind of hits it when it swings open.

Damn okay. Well what do you do to keep it open with out hitting anything ?

With the nut on the spindle tight enough, it wont just swing around too badly unless I actually push it. If I'm off camber on the trail or something, it will swing more open/closed, but it hasn't been an issue for me. With that said, I've never actually had it hit the tub unless I force it to.

When I made mine I built in a stop and it also functions as a safety latch in case the main one fails. There's no way for the carrier to go far enough to hit the tub or top.
