Front skid plate 1977 CJ5 Dana 30

Can’t find a vendor for older 1077 front Dana 30 diff skid plate. Anyone have same problem and found one? I’m told by my vendors no.

Skid plate for Dana 30? Mine doesn't have a skid plate. That would be an after market item.

If you want a skid plate for protection it would be easy to weld one up. Any halfway decent welder would have no problem designing and building one.

PS. if you show me a picture of one similar to what you want I'll draw it up for you and dimension it off of my '76 CJ7 so anyone can build it for you.

If you are looking for a heavy duty cover, I suggest RuffStuff. Have had very good luck with their covers, fit like they should and nice finish.
