Exhaust gasket - which one?

So getting ready to install new exhaust manifold.
Cleaned up some casting imperfections. While matching up gaskets I noticed 2 things:

1) the metallic Rugged ridge 3 piece gasket sent with the manifold (from Morris 4x4) matches the ports MUCH better...... but does not have a center ‘piece’ on the middle two ports

2) the Edelbrock gasket is one long piece, and does not fit the ports well. Probably cuts into the openings about 1/8 inch all around - worse around the points of the doglegs.

Thoughts on which I should use?

I used the Sealed Power exhaust gaskets from Summit racing. It was a multi-piece set. The center double port gasket did not have the middle ridge, but the gasket matched the exhaust port pretty well.

Thanks matt. Think im going with the three piece one. Gonna return the edelbrock. They probably reduce the port size by 5-10%.
