CJ7 Laredo Dash fix: What are the original holes?

After all the years of add-ons by PO's, I only have a general idea what are the original holes and which ones need to be welded shut.

The ones I believe that are PO installed are circled in red. Am I correct?

Can't quite see them. Can you maybe blow up sections of the dash.
