86 D44 vs AMC20 vs newer D44 - brake questions

Just how much is different? Can the backing plates from a AMC20 fit a D44?

Reasoning behind this question:

I want to bolt on factory disk brakes, or a kit that uses factory style pads, rotors, calipers. MUST have an e-brake.

I have seen weld-on brackets, but normally they are set up for Caddy calipers with the e-brake in them. I like the drum-in-hat design.

Would a rear disk setup from a Grand Cherokee D44 bolt on?

I know Tracker rotors are proper bolt-on fit, would they fit any of these setups?

I swapped my model 20 for a 73 Jeepster Dana 44, the brakes on my 20 were ALL NEW. I just took the plate off with all the brake hardware and it bolted right up to my Dana 44! My 20 was from a 78 CJ with 11" brakes. It literally was a direct fit. I don't know about the disk setups.
