1986 CJ7 Serpentine Drive Fan Clutch

I'm trying to replace the fan clutch for a 1986 CJ7 with serpentine drive. Original part # seems to be J5362520.

I cannot figure out which is the right replacement from Crown or Omix-Ada. I ordered Omix 17105.08 and it was way too wide. 17105.02 also exists, as does Crown J3241858. Anyone know which is the right one?

Rockauto lists reverse rotation fan clutches from four different manufacturers. If you click on the blue INFO box next to each, extra info comes up. Several have the specs and measurements listed. Plus, there are pictures to compare with what you have.

Awesome, thanks. I didn't even think of Rock Auto, this is definitely a case where they have more than the jeep suppliers like Quadratec.

The Crown #J3241858 is associated with the XJ Cherokee, XJ Wagoneer and Comanche 4cylinder engine with serpentine belt drive from 84-86 model years. #J3241857 is the CJ version clutch with 4 cylinder engine of 84-86 with serpentine belt.

But this one should work from Crown: https://www.autopartswarehouse.com/e...crown/j3241858

Thanks for your help. I should have specified: I have a 1986 California model CJ7 with the 4.2 6 cylinder. I'll try that part link you posted.

I know this is not answering the OP's question......but, this is one of the reasons I went with an electric fan. It's so much easier.....I can run at full speed when going up hill at low RPM's...I can shut it off when going through water....I have more room in the front of my engine....etc.
