Its a dodge color called mango tango, and I plan to do the body in that color... this was from a rattle can I had filled or mixed, or whatever. Bell housing and engine block are also getting it i think. Then flat black accents with it...

Question on the new axle install.

The original front end had a steering dampener, the one im putting it does not. I plan on putting the dampener on the front end im putting in.

My question is how the damener connects...it looks like it had a plate that sandwiches between the perch and the spring. Is that correct? Is there a "spacer" plate for the other side of the axle, or does it just get the one?

On mine, the dampener mounting plate sandwiches between the shim and the spring on the driver's side (so, stacked it would be spring, mounting plate, shim, and axle on top). There was not a corresponding plate on the passenger side, and assumed the difference in spacing was negligible.

Got ya....mine seems to be rolling without a top shim as well, but I'll just put it back together as is and assume the difference isn't enough to worry about
