1978 Jeep CJ7 Underside of Frame bolt hole diagram

In my haste to disassemble everything on my 1978 Jeep CJ with 304 and Dana 20 I neglected to take pictures of what went where. I know that 3 of the bolt holes on each side are for attaching the skid plate but there are two more holes on each side between middle body mount and rear spring hanger mount that I unsure of what goes there. I can't seem to find a diagram on the interwebs. Any help is appreciated.

It ain't the years, honey, it's the mileage.

Nothing goes in them since you have a Dana 20 transfercase. If you had a quadratrac Jeep, then the skid plate would be much further to the rear and would bolt into those holes.

Don't know if this will help you. It's my CJ5 with 304 V8 and T-176 trans. I believe the CJ7 should be about the same.

Different frame holes for the skidplate are used for different drivetrain configurations. T150/D20 uses different holes than T18/D20. TH400/Qtrac are even a further back set of 3.
