That's cool looking.

Too bad they don't make them for the CJ...
I might go for a 17" rim on the CJ. I need new tires anyway.

Interesting wheels being that they are aluminum. I think these are the 2 best pictures from the customer submitted.

First decent looking Gladiator I have seen.

Scrambler tub on a newer chassis and looks to have a Hemi installed

Aluminum? Wow, even better.

I still would prefer the Scrambler.

It's really aggravating that they are making these "CJ retro" wheels but not in a CJ bolt pattern.

There are 2 retro scrambler JL's around here. One blue and one white. I think they look pretty good. I did not know the wheels were alloy.

I know it's basic blasphemy to tried and true CJ guys, but I can't believe someone hasn't come up with retro Laredo or Renegade type Stripes and lettering for the jk/jku platform..

I would love to have that set up. Heck, I'd even be willing to paint my HT white to match the wheels/early classic style.

I did a mock up, but it's stuck awaiting perpetual moderator approval (and I have some almost a year old which I'm still waiting on, so I'm not holding my breath...)

I thought I had a great idea.....conversion spacers! Nope, appears there are none that can reduce the CJ 5x5.5 spacing to a smaller circle and still have a large enough center bore. I'm sure that's been discussed before. Lot's of options out there to go from JL, JK, TJ to CJ spacing though.

I might have put these on my JLU had they been available sooner. Too late now. I put some RACELINE OUTLANDER 17X8.5 18mm on it already.

I searched long & hard before finding a wheel that wasn’t a fake “bead lock” wheel. I eventually settled on these.

Same here...

I REALLY didn't want back wheels, but couldn't find a decent, rugged looking chrome wheel in a 17, and with the proper backspacing, that didn't look like it belonged on an import sedan.

Settled on these because the have a very similar shape to the old Jackman style 8 spokes. The milled outer ring circles are at least easy to keep clean, but I HATE the too busy center caps (and actually just run without them from time to time). I've toyed around with just making a complete flat or simple single ringed center cap for them, eithet out of painted metal, or on a 3D printer.

Those new retro wheels became available Summer of 2019 from Quadratec so they have been out for awhile.
