So took my car in for the appointment to get the recall work done. Service Manager was very nice and friendly. Got the work done on timely basis including a replacement of the master cylinder. He also ordered a new front cowl as it was warping ( i didn't notice this) and will be bringing it back to them when it arrives. Overall good experience. Much better than the previous 10 months of being set aside.
thank you JeepCares for moving this off high center for me.

Not here, took her in for servicing: oil change, air filter, tire rotation, they mentioned the recalls and I said get'r'done! They had all the parts in house. Servicing, Master Cylinder and the sun visor recall, and software updates in and out in 2 hours. Hope that it works out for ya!

Jeep cares

I had some major problems with my 2012 Rubicon...VERY SLOW going at the dealer and the same probvlems saying they have to order parts, etc.. Jeep Cares stepped up to the plate and within a week all problems and issues were taken care of. Thanks again Andrea.
