4 wheel not working after a flash update

Hello, I took my 2014 jeep hawk, into dealership yo have a senson replaced and a flash update for safety recall cruse control and going into natural. After getting the jeep back would not go.into 4 wheel. Took jeep back to dealership and was told the flash had nothing to do with the 4 wheel not engaging. The jeep worked fine prior to the flash update. Any ideas on what went wrong or why jeep is not engaging 4 wheel ?

What is a "hawk"? That's not a model Jeep ever made.

There is a Trailhawk trim package, but they use that package on a number of different models.
Cherokee, Grand Cherokee, Compass and Renegade all have optional Trailhawk trim packages.

Sorry, yes it's a trailhawk, the jeep dealer is suppose to follow up with me on Tuesday, and is asking g for 140. To do a diagnostic. Not sure I want to pay additional cost.
Still don't know what model it is, just the trim package.

I suggest you contact @JeepCares here on the forums, they may be able to help with the dealership. A software flash can have all sorts of odd side-effects, I would expect the dealership to at least look into if there is an issue with that.

On modern Jeeps, the whole drive train is ultimately controlled by the computer. Agree with above, talk to the factory rep here.
