2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Fuel Pump - Recall
I want to know more information on the 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Recall for the fuel pump. I believe this can cause your car to act like it has started but the engine isn’t in run mood. I have read it can happen while your driving? Does anyone know information about this or experienced this issue with their vehicle? And do we know when a repair part will be available. I’m worried I will be driving and my car will stale out causing a serious crash. This has happened to me three times when I went to start my vehicle. Thanks! 😏
The recall isn't for the fuel pump itself, but for the fuel pump relay in the TIPM. It does not affect all Grand Cherokees, yours may not even be included.
