So who left the gate to hell open?

Its 127 today here and "feels" like 129. To think it was 2 weeks ago sitting next to the river at Rubicon springs with the dogs... the only good thing is Dusy Ershem is coming up soon, might not come back.............................................. .....

Split that in half and you'll have the awesome temp here in the midwest tonight.
Maybe you got two days worth of temperature in one day.

weird. here in San Diego and even in east county where I am it's been cooler than normal so far. I think that's going to end this week but I have not even been in my pool yet, the bottom is about 50 degrees

I think you may have stretched that temp a little. I live 45 miles from you and the hottest it's been here is 117.

you'll go back... it's Kalifornia…

105* here today... and the pool feels like a bath! But I'm still going in...

I'm tempted to go up to Courtright/Voyager Rock for 2 weeks. But everything would be dead when I get home!

Have not seen any new info from Ed on the Dusy. last i read it was 24th of aug? We are thinking Sept 3rd. We will go in and camp at Voyager for a few days, then continue. Looking like 5 days through no hurry.

Well Doc, another 117* day, today. You can close that gate anytime.

Oh man, we've been lucky here in Florida for the past couple of weeks, but there were a couple of days there where the heat index was over 110!
