Grand Cherokee Roof Racks #82212072AD

Grand Cherokee Roof Racks #82212072AD
Greetings, I just got used Mopar roof racks #82212072AD for a decent price, noticed is missing one of the gaskets. Can I go ahead and install like that? I been searching online for a replacement but no luck. Thanks in advance for any suggestion.

Do you mean the strip at the top of the cross-rails?
If so, here's the part# for replacements: 68289611AA
If you install without them, the wind noise will be horrendous and the screws/hardware inside that channel will corrode.

Thanks for the reply, but is the gasket on the foot that mounts to the rails.

OK, not sure what gasket you mean then. I don't see any gaskets at the feet/rail.
The rack is actually made by Thule, it just has Mopar stickers on it. It's an 'Evo Wingbar' kit, which is actually made up of 3 smaller kits. The bars, the feet and the 'fit kit'.
Here's the Thule branded version of the crossbar kit, with instruction sheets and replacement part #s you can get directly from Thule.

I see. Those aren't listed in the instructions as a separate part. I would think if you install without it, you're going to get some rattling and possibly damage the roof rail.
I would contact Thule customer support with those pics and ask them if they can supply the part, but my guess is they would want to sell you the whole "foot pack" kit. You won't get it from Jeep for sure.
