I had them on an older vehicle. My tires were making a rattle one day and sure enough, someone had removed a few lug nuts and damaged the locks. A tire shop popped the damaged locks off in a few minutes. They work for the less skilled thief.

use a couple of left hand threaded studs/nuts on each tire. will deter for the most part as the lug will just keep getting tighter as the thief tries to take off the lug nuts. works right up to the point of breaking off the studs which there is little protection against.
