I'm 6' 250 pounds and I have slept in my YJ several times. I remove the back seat and fold the passenger seat as far forward as I could. I rolled out my sleeping pad and laid down with my head at the rear driver's side and feet front passenger side. I put a pack under my feet to level me out and I slept just fine. Better than I did when I slept in the seats. And I was locked in with all my gear in the drivers seat and on the fender wells.

Nobody is gonna make it out alive. Might as well have some fun.

This is super late to the discussion, but just fyi for those looking to sleep in a 2 door JK.

Remove the passenger head rest, passenger rear headrest, and fold the front seat up to the dash.

Next the cheap cot at walmart will fit resting on the seats. Secure the center to the roll bar and you are good to go. It is difficult to get in, but keeps things simple.
