WK 3.0 CRD Fuel Pump Problem

My Jeep was running great.
I changed the oil and it started fine.
I changed the fuel filter as I have done many times and now Jeep won't start. The electric fuel pump isn't working.

I turn the key and I don't hear it.
I disconnected the fuel lines in and out the of fuel filter and no fuel flows when the key is turned.

Is it possible that the pump wasn't working for a while and because there was no air in the system the mechanical pump was pulling fuel from the tank?

I need help to solve this problem

The manual says the fuse is location 21. This fuse is good. Can anyone confirm 21 is right one?

Can anyone tell me which relay is the fuel pump relay on the Jeep?

I looked around and I can't find a vendor that has the pump in Canada.
Any suggestions?
Has anyone installed an aftermarket pump?

Thanks for any help.

There is a 25 amp fuse that seems completely unrelated to fuel. I don't recall which number but check all the 25 amp fuses under the hood. Hopefully that'll be your culprit. After I did the oil cooler seals, the high pressure pump wasn't activating. I went fuse by fuse until I found one.
