What are these parts called?

Is the part circled in green the front lower control arm? If not what is it?

And the bolt circled in red, it sits inside a rubber sleeve or bushing of some sort. If I need to replace these rubber bushings, what are those called?

Long story boring, I attempted to install my 2" Daystar spacer lift and because I could not remove the bolt circled in red, the lift was not installed. I'll have to try again Friday.

Thanks for the help.

Yes I realize the bolt is for the strut but does that bushing around the bolt have a specific name? There's a good chance I'm going to have to take a blow torch to the bolt to get it out, which will destroy the bushing. I'd like to find replacements before I fug it up.

I just install a RC 2" lift. I had trouble with mine as well. PB Blaster and alot of twisting and pushing in and out and it came out without damaging anything.

the green circled area is called the Lower control arm. The red circled area is the strut fork's bolt location to the LCA. The bolts location next to the predescribed is one of the swaybar linkages to the LCA. why's yours so CLEAN underneath, lol?

I'm not entirely sure why you need a blowtorch to get it out, It will come out using a lil manpower. I was able to loosen it enough untill it no longer screws and just tapped it out with a hammer. I disassembled everything you have circled there to make it easier to install my lift. Well, I disassembled the other swaybar link location. But I did take that dang strut fork out.

This isn't my pic. I used it for reference purposes. I wish my undercarriage was that clean.

FYI after 2 days of trying everything from MAT torches to wrenches and everything inbetween, I eventually cut the damned bolt out and replaced it with new grade 8 bolts that I was able to pick up at ACE hardware. They were completely fused to the fork so after they were cut, an hour in an acid bath finaly broke the pieces free out of the fork.

I have not heard of anyone needing to replace the bushings but you can order any and all of these parts through a mopar dealer. You can google image search to even find diagrams that give you the part numbers if you want to order specific pieces.

The one in red is called a strut clevis bolt, so you'd be looking for the strut clevis bushing. More specifically the strut clevis bushing that goes through the lower control arm.

The big black arm you circled is your lower control arm (or A-arm).

FYI, Jeep does not sell that bushing separately! And to my knowledge there are no aftermarket companies that make a replacement. I know what your thinking.... "ya right, whos this guy" but I went through the issue of that clevis bolt not coming out when I did my lift. Long and the short of it is do what you can to get the bolt out but dont F up that bushing unless you have a spare LCA around.

you seem to be correct! there is no part number for the bushing just the lower control arm that includes the bushing! To get mine off i bent the tab over and stuck an impact on the bolt head then with the nut loosened i had some one hit it with a hammer on the nut side, took about 10 mins of that then it slowly started moving. about an hour later i had the bolt out. broke the tab though and had to weld it. then put anti seize on it when i put it back.
