Stock Premium Audio, Aftermarket HU

What module(pac, scosche, metra) did you install when upgrading to aftermarket head unit using stock premium audio (kicker/boston)? Did you give up any functions? How has that module held up?

I just put a kenwood DNR476S in my WK with a maestro and did not lose any functionality with my steering wheel buttons. It does not have satellite, so I lost that, but that is it.

The maestro sounds good but since the stereo I'm installing is an older unit (not idatalink compatible), all the extras the unit offers I won't get to take advantage of. Main goal is to keep OEM functions and audio settings (fading if possible). Some modules claim keeping warning chimes, reverse sensors or vehicle menus? among other factory equipment working when replacing the stock stereo, don't know if these even get messed with but definitely want to keep functioning like stock.
