I’ve been paying closer attention to the hesitation issue, and it seems to only happen when I’m in 4th gear at low rpms. Still think it may be a TCC solenoid?
Could low trans fluid be an issue? As far as I know, the trans has never been serviced. It’s an 09 with 114K.

If youíve narrowed the problem down to a specific gear then I would say Transmission problem - yes. Transmission fluid issue - unlikely
NAG1 transmissions seem to have an issue with conductor plates / valve bodies, but thatís still a guess. Should be put on scanner and possibly transmission diagnostics machine and have all the solenoids and valve body checked for proper actuation and flows.
