My understanding is to keep the reservoir full while I, open a bleeder, depress the brake pedal without releasing it, close the bleeder, release brake. Repeat until clear.

Sound good?

I take his word for it. My brain has memory leaks like windows 95.

That kind of bleeding works but can be a PITA especially if the partner can't follow instructions. I've read gravity bleed works on these, but never bled or flushed mine. Gravity can be a bit slow. I usually use vacuum. Should work anywhere gravity works. Normally you do the farthest from master cylinder and work towards the closest, but not always the case with ABS, so best to read the manual on order. If you let the fluid get low in the MC to where air gets in, with ABS, you will regret it. Keeping the fluid up in the MC is the most important thing on bleeding or flushing.

I did gravity (not by choice) and manual bleeding with my WK and it worked great. Just be wary of air in the ABS as others have said.
