Member poll.. Line-X or not Line-X

My wife seems to think I have been drinking heavily as of late.
I recently got a 06 Overland 4X4 Grand. It has a strong Hemi in it and the interior is perfect. However the exterior has alot of scratches basically all over.

I suggest Line-X the entire Jeep thus making it rather resistant to scratches from the average off road expedition.

She thinks it is a bad idea while I ofcourse think it is a killer cool idea.

So she said take a poll and she bets others agree with her.

What better place to test that theory than right here on Jeepforum.com.

So please vote either way I am very curious to see what others think of doing the entire Overland with Line-X

Also if you have one that is done already please post a pic of it.

I would do it I think it would look cool. I would do it to mine but it only has 50k miles on it so the paint is still good.

It would look dumb in my opinion. I say vinyl wrap if you can't polish out most of the scratches.

It would look terrible. Buff the scratches out and be done with it. Are you really doing that much off roading that this seems neccesary?

Don't listen to these naysayers. DO IT! It will look sick!!! Post pics!!!

I wouldn't monstaline it yourself or anything like that. But if you are having Line-X professionally sprayed, I think it would look great.

Don't Line-X the whole thing. It would look terrible and cost a fortune. The most I would do is the lower quarter of vehicle. I have done that several times with good results.

X's 2 on the lower quarter panel. Thinking of doing it myself. But also have to say if you do the whole thing get it done professionally. Just my 2…
