Agreed I've had QD2 on the 07 since 09 when I bought the 07 and there is no better 4x4 system, period

I think the qdII vs qtII 'reliability' issue is a... non-issue. both use the same engines, same transfer case (same propshafts, too?). QDII gets a better f/r diff.

There will be more problems with the rest of the jeep than with the 4wd system!

take a quick search of this site and others, and people complaining about the 4wd system breaking are few and far between.

I have QD2 on my 09 4.7 Laredo with general grabber at2's. In the snow it is amazing it is effortless when going around corners and through deep snow. You get used to it until you drive something else and realize just how good it is. You still have to be careful but is truly an amazing system especially with a good set of tires.

09 laredo 28x 4.7 w/QD2 Superchip w/91 perf tune w/ trans app, jet 180 tstat,K&N CAI, bistein 5100 struts and shocks, srt8 front and rear swaybars, 255/65/17 General Grabber at2's.
