Horn Sounds Weak

Got a weird quandary. Battery is strong. Has correct amps and voltage. Hemi engine in it. Starts normally. But when I lock the car doors, the "chirp" is very strange and weak. I would have associated this with a drained battery. Going to take it up and have battery tested. Thoughts?

Thanks in advance for any help!

How does the horn sound when you activate it from the steering wheel?
As above also check that something isn't clogging the horn.
How old is your battery? I know you said it was strong, but sometimes what appears to be a strong battery, may be an old battery (not putting out the full power needed) which can cause all kinds of electrical gremlins on these Chrysler products.
