CRD Value?

Hey everyone... trying to figure out if I’m going to be able to sell my WK CRD for anything near what I feel like it should be worth or if I’m going to rake a bath no matter what I do.

Long story short, my 2 sons (ages 11 & 13) are growing too fast and we just don’t fit inside the WK like we used to. We also just bought a bigger camper (26’ Jayco Jay Flight SLX) and even though it’s technically within the factory ratings and limitations, it’s not “comfortable” to tow and we want to do some long trips in the next couple of years so I’m looking at pickups and full-sized SUVs.

Other than the fact that I don’t really want to get rid of my WK, I have no idea how to price it and where to try selling it. I’ve done a fair bit of work to it because I had never really planned on selling it until it was ready to just go to the scrapyard, to be honest! Anyway, wondering what everyone’s experience has been and if you have any advice. Here are the details:

2008 WK CRD “Up North” edition (basically a Laredo with some “Limited” upgrade
-109,000 miles
- Leather (black/gray)
- Boston Acoustics Sound Package
- Red Rock Crystal Paint
- Factory towing package w/ aftermarket brake controller.

Here’s what I’ve done to it:
- 2.5” “budget lift” (spacers)
- RRO Upper Control Arms
- New front struts (stock) at 65k miles
- Elephant Hose Mod
- GDE Eco Tune
- DPF Delete w/ CB Eng. pipe
- 3.07 axle swap front & rear (still have the factory 3.73s in my garage)
- Replaced steel fuel tank with plastic
- Factory steel engine & t-case skid plates with Steel Armadillo t-case to fuel-tank bridge
- both front bearing hub assemblies replaced in the last 2 years
- NAPA premium powder-coated rotors & premium ceramic pads all the way around within the last 2 years.
- under carriage was completely stripped, cleaned, and POR-15’d when I had the axles & fuel tank out a couple years ago.
- Brand new MB aftermarket wheels with high negative offset - eliminates need for wheel spacers.

Thanks in advance for any insights you might have. And if you have a Crew Cab Silverado with 100,000k or less on it and want to trade hit me up!

Looks like someone will get a nice deal with all the upgrades you have done. I suppose you can find someone to pay 9-10k for it.
Maybe try for 12 and see if you get any bites at all? That’s what Craigslist is for after all.

Best of luck.

Hey, contact me regarding your Jeep. I'm interested assuming it is still available for sale.
