Why wait for the T.S.B ? If you have an oil leek print this and take it to your dealer. You don't need a T.S.B just an oil leak but yes I believe a T.S.B is on the way but not a recal.

good point, but in my case I have a Racor, so I'm in no rush. If I didn't have the Racor, I'd be calling the dealer to get the part and schedule the install.

Same pipe just the old type with the orange seal not the modified one. The AD pipe will still leek.

Called my local Jeep dealer and this part is not available anywhere in the US. He told me to call back in a couple of weeks.

Did they order you one anyway? We have supply issues in the UK too but I V.O.R my one for my customer to get this pipe for him (and for this forum) taken a month to get it but if I had told my customer to just keep calling back in two weeks I think it would still be back order.

When I call back in 2 weeks I will probably have him order it at that time.

well I took mine in for the oil leak and they just replaced it with an original pipe, Part number 53013672AD.

There is more...the work order shows that they also did the following:

problem-oil leak at intake pipe to turbo

"cause: blocked/oil softened
09201601 Seperator valve
5175514AB Valve
68051342AA Hose-Cylinder Head to INT"

"Inlet Tube 14103539
53013672AD Hose-Air Cleaner to turbo"

so it looks like i will be going back in a few weeks for another oil leak.

I check with the parts department and they did have the new tube "AE" in the system but it was a special special order and would take about a week to get in. He said 107 were on the way to the northern virginia area and 60 more were on back order. The cost of the part if I wanted to buy it outright was $105.

Centennial Jeep (Arapahoe & I-25 in Denver) ordered one for me when I was in last week to get a leaking transmission sensor replaced. I showed them where the oil was leaking and they ordered the part (AE part). Said it would probably take 2-3 weeks to come in.

Edit - It is here! They won't hand it to me though... so the CRD goes in Monday for them to install (lunacy!).

I put a Racor on, and my tube is dry. Even my Racor doesn't collect much oil. Not nearly as much as my Liberty CRD did.
