Commander brake booster help w/removal

I might be replacing my Commander brake booster, and have questions of anyone having done it:
Can I unbolt the master cyl, and leave it connected to the brake lines?
Did you have to move the anti-skid manifold out of the way?
There are a couple of electrical cannon plugs in the area, did you move them?
The strut brace looks to be a problem too, was it handy to remove it?

Note: I posted about this last night, but did not see it today. Have changed p/w since.
