Audio installation

Hi,
I have installed an Amp to power the door speakers. Has anyone installed speakers on the back doors and ran speaker wire back to the Amp? I thought it would be quick and easy but there are molex connectors in the boot /door. what is the best way to run the speaker wire?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I removed those connectors, and wire through, then carefully but forcefully put the connectors back in. I did this to run lights in the door handle pockets.

For what its worth, I installed all new speakers/amps and retained the factory speaker wires. Although not ideal, they aren't terrible and my new stereo sounds great. I installed JL Audio C2s in all 4 doors and the dash, powered by 2 Kenwood amplifers, and a 10" JL W3V2 with a 500W JL amp. Source unit is a Kenwood 7" touch screen.

People get hung up on the speaker wires, but for door speakers the factory wiring is fine and doesn't introduce any noise

Use empty slots in the connectors. Use a drill bit to remove the hook or clip that holds factory terminal in place so the new wire can fit.

Thanks guys! That what I ended up doing and it worked great. I found open areas in the connector and just drilled them out enough to fix the speaker cable through. By the time I got to the second door it was quick and easy and worked out exactly as I needed it to!
