12v power for rear accessories

Whats the best place to get 12 volts at the back of the jeep for some accessories,
Rear roof rack lights, and rear locker
I have switches at the dash, abd relays I would mount somewhere...but best spot for power is? 12 volt socket in the cargo area?

That's probably your best bet. Otherwise you probably need to run a wire from the front. I'm not sure if that's powered on with the key off though.

If you have the 7-pin trailer harness, there is a live 12v pin in it. FYI.

I thought there was a socket in the cargo area. Left side? You can easily run some duplex wire along the inside of the jeep under the sill plates. You can pop them out and also tuck the wire under the remainder of the trim.

The socket in the trunk is always live, at least mine is. If you need it switched there might be something in the wiring for the amp that's right beside it that you could use to trigger a relay.
