07 Hemi no start/kinda cranks

Random issue. Starts and runs fine sometimes, other times it just doesnt..when it's not starting these are the symptoms. When the ignition is turned the starter barely turns for a blink of an eye, radio shuts off, dash indicator lamps stay illuminated for about ten seconds even after key has been removed. When running properly these lights would turn off immediately when key is removed. When the lamps do turn off the radio comes back on, only with no sound. When I turn the key back to acc or on the sounds comes on as do the normal startup indictator lamps. Turn the key and uhhh, a barely crank and back to square one.

Hours later or maybe the next day, normal startup and running fine. Please help, this is very frustrating and I got no more ideas. New starter, battery and starter relay. Possible ecm issue? Maybe, but what module controls the starting circuit and the radio?

when the starter was installed was the "yellow wire" checked for corrosion ? that connection can cause all kinds of problems.

The clip on for the solenoid was melted. It has been replaced. So no corrosion there.

Also I needed to update the post anyways. Seems it does fine when it's cold, the issue is after it warms up. Then it doesn't start until it cools down. It started 20+ times in my driveway, then took it a few turns around the block, came back home turned it off and bam! No start
