Parking Brake Linkage for CJ-5

Hello all, 1st Jeep, 1st post, 1st question...

I looked around a bit and couldn't find what I am looking for.
I have a 55 CJ-5 with a GM V-8. Everything else seems to be stock. It's my 1st jeep so I really don't know anything about them.

I have had to replace the clutch and long story short I didn't take it apart, but had to put it together. /sigh...

There is a Parking brake drum on the transmission output shaft. It has an arm which attaches to a cable coming form the brake lever. There is a prong on the transmission crossmember plate that looks like it should hold the end of the cable. I do not see any way to connect the cable to this prong.

The service manual does not show an image or a breakout of the necessary items.

Can someone snap me an image clearly showing how this all goes together?

I have attached an image of what I have, hopefully someone can help me out.
