Hey my Jeep is back on the road !! My clutch slave cylinder took a crap on me. I'm going to Rausch Creek this weekend. I'll be back up to Crozet soon. Hopefully I can see yours in action when I go. Your LJ is still my idol!!

Just picked up my 05 LJ 6 speed earlier in May. Here's one shot in stock trim.

Working on the sound system right now (going for a stealth approach)

after that is going to be suspension & tires (these stock tires make baby jesus cry). Probably going to go with the RC Progressive rate springs and maybe the 1.25" BL as well, Swaybar DC's are a given

Some really good looking LJ's here! As a kid my dad had a CJ8 and I was hooked, never could find myself a CJ8 but thats okay, I have an LJ now

Okay that is seriously cool! Tough decision, go with the shorty hard top or a full hard top... Dad's CJ8 had the shorty and looked awesome.

Hey, glad you liked the link. I wasn't going to post it because I thought you may have seen those before.

The shorty or long top decision is up to you. If you need to carry people the long top is nice. If you carry more dirty stuff you might want the short top. I think to put the half top on you have to weld in a bulkhead behind the front seats. So if you do that it could make getting into the rear seats difficult. But I'm sure if there is a will their is a way to make it removeable so you can pull it in or out. Another option is a soft halftop. They never made one for the LJ, but here is a writeup on how to do it.
