This trail has a lot of ledges and stuff that you have climb that made it really slow going, and I only saw one other vehicle while I was out there...the disconnects really helped...anyway, the view at the top was more than worth it!!!

Great pics in all three of your threads. 7 Mile and Top of the World are on my list for next summer.

Over the mountains and through the woods, across the stream and up the slickrock, down the canyon and over the rocks to nobody's house I go.

I could tell that it had burned, how recent was that, and are they going to fix it?

On a side note, I think I saw your Jeep on the main highway in Moab while we were driving through town late one afternoon, but I wasn't sure, so I did not try to flag you down or anything like that...

It burned about a year and a half ago when somebody's near by campfire got out of control There has been talk about fixing it since then but no concrete plans have been made. Yeah that could have very well been me although I was on vacation from the 1st through the 15th so if it was then then it wasn't. I was probably heading into town for gas since that's the only reason I seem to make it there these days lol
