1972 wagoneer restoration need leaf springs

Am about 80% done with a nice marlin blue 72 and want to replace the leafs with new, not helper springs.
Not finding anything online. Is there a FSJ site that has them?

Don't wanna re-arch old ones so would appreciate any direction i can get.

Thanks.

Ray

I would also ask on the FSJ and Wagoneer groups on Facebook that are fairly active and knowledgeable.

Sorry I can't help you with the springs, but man, that thing is gorgeous!

I have a love for FSJs. Got a 1969 Wagoneer and a 1966 Super Wagoneer myself. Also had a 1973 once. None of them look(ed) that good!

Thanks for the input.

I have liked FSJ's since the 80's when i bought a 1979 Cherokee Chief.

The 1972 belonged to a veteran who passed away and his family donated it to Disabled American Veterans for auction.

If anyone else knows where to get leaf springs let me know.

Bagus: I went to BJ offroad website and found some with the following note:

BJ's Off-Road Custom 4-inch Rear Leaf Springs for 1963-1973 Wagoneers. Ubolts are not included with individual springs. $275 per spring.

Note: these are made to order, and take approximately 4-5 weeks to ship.

**Note: these springs are backordered for 3-4 months, as we are redesigning them with Deaver Spring Company here in the USA.

think i will get a quote from a "made-to-order" place in Minneapolis and keep checking on here,

Thanks.

I have always had excellent service from BJs, they are very open and honest. You may want to call them in person and see what they can do, especially if you want stock springs.
