Find replacement cables.
Would kinda help to know what year and model Jeep it is. There are kits and individual cables available for most of them.

If his avatar is a picture of his Jeep, it's a YJ.

You should have a cable from each rear drum which then it on a bar that connects to the cable going up front and also serves to adjust the tension on the rear cables.

What exactly is missing? The cable to the brake handle? The cables to the rear drums? Everything? Post up some pictures and fill us in on your Jeeps details.

Rock Auto has Raybestos parking brake cables in stock for front, Right Rear and Left Rear. The total cost is about $50
