Adding Lift & Tires to 2015 Cherokee Ltd

Hey all! This is my first post here!

I've been a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited owner now for almost 3 years, and I love my vehicle.

I am currently looking into adding a 2 inch lift kit and switching to larger, all terrain tires. This will be my first ever modification to an owned vehicle. Has anyone else done this?

As I am in Canada, I'm shopping parts through 4WParts Canada, though if anyone knows of anywhere I can obtain better deals on the parts and tires I'm looking for, that would be great!

Lifted mine back in December 2015. Mine was about the 5th or 6th KL ever lifted using the Aussie do it yourself version. Total lift about 1.5in plus another 1/2 in from the 245 70 Duratrac tyres for 2in total.

No issues, no handling changes, no change in fuel economy, but looks great and works great. I have 95,000km on in since the lift (lift and tyres done at 5000km). Sitting a bit low in the rear in this pic, the towball weight of the van is about 200kg.

I did the Aussie lift on my wife's 2014 about 3 years ago. No problems from it at all. Netted about 1.1".
