Yj Worst customer service

Ive Been Trying to get a issue fixed regarding a missing package..totals out to like 165... Its Been Over 3 Months... They say the will get back to me in 48hrs.. they never do.. i have to end up calling and the same thing happens they will get back to me in 48hours... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY JEEP MEMBERS as a place to buy parts..

Stick with Morris .. they have AWESOME customer service.
