Why bother?

Back around 2 weeks ago, I got a used Mopar soft top that needed a part. I ask Quadratec about if a Bestop part they had would work in place of the missing part, and was told it would. I placed an order with them for this part, told it was in stock, and later find out by checking online that it was backordered. They take their time in shipping the part, and I finally get it. The part is completely wrong, and not what I need.
I am completely frustrated with this company, and will NOT do business with them again. Asking for refund now. This is completely ridiculous. Why should I bother shopping with a company that will do this to their customers, when there are plenty of others that will take care of you?
