Quadratec - Poor Service?

Is anyone else having problems with quadratec service? I thought they were a reputable company but the service I've seen doesn't bring me to believe that anymore. I ordered some seat covers and wheel studs and it's been 3 weeks and they still say back ordered. I call them every week asking for a status and they say it will be in next week? I can understand 2 weeks but it's been 3 and I still need to wait another week? Sorry for the rant but this is ridiculous.

Sorry to hear this. If you PM me your order number I can check into the delays for you. The issue with a backorder is that we're at the mercy of the manufacturer(s) as to what they tell us. We can only relay to you what they're stating to us.

My service has been lacking, too.
Ordered soft top bow about a week ago. Got email saying that it was in stock, as it was not backordered. I wait a few days, and see nothing from them. I check online, and they say it's backordered. I go to do a live chat, and am completely ignored, twice. Sent email, and we'll see what happens with it...
