I congratulate you and I am glad that you were able to do this. This is my fifth attempt and I still can not quit smoking ... How many months did you need for this?

Yes, Dude, I also recently managed to escape from this bad habit and it helped me to change. In fact, I thought about it for a long time and wanted to quit smoking as soon as possible, but I did not know how. I

I heard about different specialists and methods, but I thought that this all was a hoax. I was advised to try vaping. Honestly, I did not believe in the result, but after five months of vaping, I realized that this is a really great method to quit smoking. I liked the vapes so much and I decided to Buy Vape Liquid UK and continue to smoke the vape even after I completely gave up cigarettes.

Congrats on quitting but really, I find e-cigarettes worse than actual smokes. I'm no expert on the topic, but from what little research I did, their effect is actually substantially worse on your health. Maybe I am mistaken, not contradicting anyone, just sharing my view. Going back to the point, congratulations, seriously. I'm a smoker for 11 years now and managed to quit once for 3 years, got back at it and much worse than before. Hope I'll get the ambition to quit soon too.

I quit 13 years ago, I woke up one day and realized I would die from a lung disease some day if I didn't quit.

Once I finally made myself believe I would die from it some day, it was easier to quit than any other time I had tried. And 13 years has passed now, I never get the urge.
