Talking Quit smoking and couldn't feel better!

Going on 1 year now - no more cigarettes. Used an e-cigarette to quit.

http://vapemachine.com

I can breathe again, smell again (which isn't always a good thing, heh), don't get winded anymore, and my teeth are whiter (coffee is going to stop that in its tracks though).

Still on it - but I`ve cut my nicotine from 24mg to 18mg and now I`m cutting down to 12mg.

24 mg per dose or per day or what? How does that work?

I quit smoking 7 years ago in April. 2 packs of Marlboro Reds a day down to zero and haven't ever even smoked one in all the time since.

First 3 months I was a grouchy ****er.

The juice comes in different strengths. 24 is considered high - like a 2 pack a day Marlboro smoker - 18 is like a 1-2 pack camel light smoker - 12 is like a light or parliament. I'm aiming for 0 eventually, slowly weaning myself off.

Yea man! I use the VUZE E-cig and it is great! Only one I have tried that actually "feels" like a pull from a real cig! Definitly fills the gap when I am jonesing and need a smoke bad! Down to 2-3 real cig's a day.....

I finally upgraded to this.

Aspire CF VV with an Aspire Nautilus Mini. The battery will last a couple days with heavy use, the tank will last about that time as well. I keep the voltage at 4.8 which is the max.

My girlfriend is using my old Joyetech with an Aspire Nautilus stainless steel tank. That'll last her a few days at least since she doesn't vape much.

I go for the max I can find for nicotine on flavors I prefer to savor. On flavors I think I'll vape on all day with, I'll go really low. Either 6mg or 0. I smoked Lucky Strikes, 5 packs a day at my max... let me tell you what a nicotine overdose does to your head! Damn it hurts.

I'm seriously considering getting a box mod with a dripper for use at home. I broke the glass on my tank again, so I bought a steel coated tank. It's serving its purpose quite well for a daily driver.

I quit smoking when I realized that I wanted a baby. It was complicated. I quit smoking a year before pregnancy, but when my son was 6 years old, I returned to work and started smoking again. The second time it was very difficult for me to quit smoking and my husband offered me a healthier alternative. He bought me a vape, at first I used nicotine e-liquids, but over time I started using different vape juices and this helped me to quit smoking. Now I try to rarely buy new vape juices, but I read portals for vapers, like this one https://vapingdaily.com/ . I still canít give up vape forever.

Don't want to upset anyone, but honestly, I think e-cigs are even worse for the health than normal ones. Maybe you should try quitting altogether. I know I'm a hypocrite for saying this cause ever since I started to try to quit I've been ironically smoking more than before, but some have more ambition though, hope one day I'll join their ranks too.
