My legs look stupid

Im not a big guy by any means, 5' 10'' & 185, but my calves look way too small. My quads are 25" and my calves are 15". I used to work my calves hard twice a week but they still wouldnt grow as fast as everything else. What are your specs?

Im also around 13% body fat.

DOOD calves were AHHnold's biggest weakness. He used to take pictures with his calves in water, to hide the disproportion. Check out this link on how he grew a pair and overcame it.

Lots and lots and lots of volume. Your calves are powerful muscles that see a fair bit of use throughout the day. Hit them in every way possible with a lot of ****ing weight and also a lot of reps. Also try super setting a weighted exercise with a body weight one.

Pay attention how you walk and don't bounce on your tendon....I've put more effort into lifting my heels with my calves when walking, which has helped, but still get made fun of by gym buddies lol

Genetics are the biggest factor of how our bodies develop. Sure, you can do the best you can to isolate and train certain muscle groups, but in the end all you can do is to build the best body that you were born with.

My quads are 24" and my calves are 19" last i checked.

I do "calf raises" on leg press machine to save time. i guess this might be a cause of that?

I never do the seated raises....I figured by standing I have a couple hundred pounds of body weight to lift plus whatever....usually after squats I'll take some weight off the bar so still plenty heavy, then do calf raises, with slow negatives
