For better health you should get vitamins naturally from natural diet. A well established diet has ton of benefits on improving the health as well as fitness. So my advice is to add the foods which are rich in vitamins into your daily diet.

I'd disagree with you a little bit. Vitamins play a vital role in normal functioning of our body. The deficiency can badly impact your overall lifestyle. So what would you do if your diet doesn't contain enough vitamins to fulfill the needs of your body? Read this list https://sportsinside.co.uk/blogs/pos...ins-for-energy of vitamins which boost energy in your body and make sure your body is not deficient to any of those.

I started drinking Vitamin C and Multivitamins when the pandemic started. Before I started taking them, I easily got cough and colds. It's been over a year and thank God, I haven't gotten sick. Of course, a healthy diet helped a lot too.

You havent gotten a cold during the pandemic because you havent been in enough contact with people to catch one.

Maybe it's because more people are actually washing their hands and not being gross as usual lol

The only way to catch a cold is to get it from another person. If your not around people, or if you are you are wearing a mask and socially distancing, your not going to catch a cold. This could be a bad thing in the long run as our immune systems need to be exposed to germs in order to properly function and that isnt happening much lately.

I work nightshifts even at home. I hardly get enough sleep in the morning because I also run a business in the morning. Multivitamins helped boost my immune system.

If you eat right and live in a clean ecological environment, you do not need vitamins in tablets. Severe stress, physical activity, poor ecology or a monotonous diet can cause the need to take multivitamins.
there may be several reasons if you are drinking vitamins and do not feel the effect.
You are taking a non-bioavailable version of vitamins, your body has problems absorbing vitamins, you are not deficient in these vitamins, or you bought a fake instead of your usual pills.

Aside from having a proper diet, I always take my vitamins on a daily basis.

Once I tried to drink vitamins. I drank the whole complex, but I did not notice any change, in my opinion, it's better just a healthy diet
