Movie theater snacks

I was wondering about movie theater snacks and concessions as it relates to health fitness and nutrition.

I know most theaters are now selling plain bottled water at obscene prices. I don't want to get busted smuggling snacks into the movies just because I don't want to eat candy. The popcorn is popped in oil instead of air and is loaded up with an insane amount of salt. Any ideas? I am thinking smuggling is the only thing to do.

In the winter it is easier to smuggle because of wearing coats. It's also easier for girls and women by packing it in a purse.

The movie isn't that long. Why do you need a snack?

I guess it is more out of habit, and it also has to do with the time of the movie.

I went see the new Star Trek and all I got was a quart size bottled water. 20 ounces was $4.25 and a quart was $5.00, so I went with the quart and no snack. I drank the entire quart before the movie was over. It's ridiculous to charge that much for water.

True. I've never seen a healthy snack sold in movie theaters.

I never purchase any eatable from the theater due to lack of baking standards of popcorn.

I try to avoid typical movie theater foods, knowing their caloric content and how harmful they can be. When I go to the movies, I take nuts or dried fruits with me, this is still the best choice of snacks if you follow the diet and the correct set of muscle mass.

Large amounts of nuts and dried fruits at once can also harm the body. And do not forget that they are also very high in calories, so it can affect the diet.

You can't go 2 hours without a snack?

Movies are so overpriced, I watch at home.
